Position Description:
A multinational law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to support a team of litigation attorneys in Boston. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for scheduling client meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing related reimbursements. This person will serve as a trusted gatekeeper by monitoring incoming emails, screening calls, and directing inquiries accordingly. The Legal Secretary will be tasked with typing and revising legal documents, managing documents and files, and maintaining the attorneys’ time entries.

Required Skills:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of prior experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary, as well as strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. The firm seeks a candidate that can maintain confidentiality, prioritize and juggle multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ideally, this candidate will have ease with computer technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Annual Salary (US$): 75,000-90,000 /annual
