A New York-based law firm seeks a Practice Support Manager to work closely with the Director of Litigation Support. This position will involve advising attorneys and paralegals on preparation for trials/arbitrations, including data preservation, review, and production, as well as data integrity, processing, conversation, and importing/exporting. The Manager will be responsible for creating presentations, materials, and exhibits, in addition to generating fields, choices, and searches in Relativity. This person will also be tasked with managing and prioritizing multiple parties with competing deadlines, providing technical training to attorneys and staff, and proactively resolving any issues that arise.
The firm seeks a trial support professional with at least six years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree and/or related professional certifications, and exceptional technical skills. The qualified applicant will be detail-oriented, motivated, and organized, with the ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and vendors. This person should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Relativity, Trial Director, Case Notebook, iPro, and CaseMap.
Annual Salary (US$): 130,000-150,000 /annual
