Position Description:
A leading law firm seeks a Legal Operations Assistant to support the firm’s Global Chair of Private Equity. The person in this role will assist the PE Chair in all their daily operations, including handling calendar and schedule management, travel arrangements, and liaising with clients, support services, and vendors on behalf of the Chair. They will independently prioritize multiple incoming issues, manage contact lists, track and follow-up requests, communicate well with high-level internal employees, and show initiative in providing support and assistance.
Required Skills:
The firm requests a candidate with at least five years of experience in a high-level administrative support position, and time at a law firm or other professional services industry is preferred. The qualified candidate will be organized, meticulous, and a problem-solving communicator. They will require a deep understanding of Microsoft Office suite and ease with applications such as Zoom and MS Teams. The perfect Legal Operations Assistant will be a good decision-maker with flexibility and great discretion.
Annual Salary (US$): 100-115K /annual
