Position Description:
An established law firm seeks a Legal Secretary to assist attorneys with various tasks and assignments in their Boston office. The professional in this role would be responsible for conducting e-filings with state and federal courts, drafting correspondence to clients, assisting with trial preparation, and formatting and proofreading pleadings. The Legal Secretary will be expected to accurately enter, review, and revise attorney timesheets, maintain attorney calendars, and prepare client invoices in a timely manner.

Required Skills:
The successful candidate will have knowledge of court rules and procedures at the state and federal levels, diligent attention to detail, and strong organizational and time management skills. This person is required to be proficient on all basic, advanced, and legal-specific software. The Legal Secretary should have the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changes in workload and responsibilities.

Annual Salary (US$): 90-95K /annual
