An established law firm seeks a Senior Recruiting Coordinator who will work under the general supervision of the Lateral Attorney Recruitment Manager in the firm’s New York office. The Coordinator will contribute to all facets of lateral hiring efforts, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and extending offers, as well as assisting with onboarding and integration procedures for new hires. This position will involve maintaining candidate information and related reports in the applicant tracking system, and updating marketing materials, process documentation, and other recruitment resources. The Senior Coordinator will also communicate with agencies and other external vendors as necessary.
The firm requests a candidate with three or more years of recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment and a bachelor’s degree. The candidate must have strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills as well as a detail-oriented approach and confidential nature. In addition, a successful candidate will be able to balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a collaborative environment.
Annual Salary (US$): 85K-90K /annual
