Position Description:

An outstanding law firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal Manager to supervise and mentor a team of 15+ Litigation Paralegals. This role will involve working with Partners to establish departmental strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as developing long-term objectives and initiatives. The Paralegal Manager will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, allocating work assignments, and ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, including hiring additional paralegals as needed. This individual will also oversee training and professional development initiatives, approve vacation and time off requests, and participate in the performance review process.

Required Skills:

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification as well as 10+ years of law firm experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory capacity. This individual will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Paralegal Manager must be able to lead by example and serve as a trusted resource to partners and firm leadership. This individual must also be flexible to work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the role.

Annual Salary (US$): 171K-180K /annual
