A global venture capital firm seeks a Recruiting Manager to play a leadership role regarding talent acquisition, onboarding, staff integration, performance management, and professional development. The Recruiting Manager will be tasked with identifying and hiring candidates for open positions in addition to advising on matters such as position descriptions, job functions, and compensation. This position will involve conducting onboarding procedures, recommending retention strategies, and overseeing review processes, as well as handling procedures related to separations and departures. This person she will also contribute to other HR initiatives in collaboration with the Director of HR.
This Recruiting Manager role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of talent acquisition experience. This individual must have a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law, as well as a positive attitude and outgoing nature. The Recruiting Manager should also have strong project management, organizational, and communication skills as well as the ability to work well independently. This person must be flexible to travel or work overtime to meet the demands of the position as required.
Annual Salary (US$): 120,000-150,000 /annual
