A global law firm is seeking a Senior Recruiter to oversee attorney acquisition for the New York office as well as other firm locations as required. Under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager, the Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing potential hires, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling additional interviews with Partners and Firm Management. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will generate and maintain recruiting reports to track hiring metrics, develop recommendations for process improvements, and research recruiting and market trends. The Senior Recruiter will also support talent acquisition efforts for business services roles as needed.
The firm is seeking a qualified candidate with a bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; law firm or professional services firm experience is preferred. The individual in this role must be well-versed in HR principles and practices related to sourcing and recruiting candidates. The candidate must also possess advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in addition to viRecruit or other comparable Applicant Tracking System software.
Annual Salary (US$): 121K-130K /annual
