A prominent law firm is seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the recruiting team. The Legal Recruiting Assistant will enter, update, and maintain data in recruiting database and document management systems, process correspondence with candidates, and assist will all on-boarding efforts. This role will also involve preparing weekly, monthly, and annual recruiting reports or market research reports as needed and aid with other Legal Recruiting and Talent Acquisition functions and special projects as required.
The firm is seeking a qualified candidate with a college degree and one year of corporate work experience. The individual in this role must have strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint. The firm is looking for a candidate who has excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills, and the ability to multi-task with competing deadlines and under pressure. The person in this role must also be a strong team player with a positive attitude, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise strong judgement.
Annual Salary (US$): 50K-55K /annual
