Position Description:

A prestigious law firm seeks a qualified Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to a group of Litigation Attorneys within the Parsippany, New Jersey office. This individual will be responsible for drafting, revising, and distributing legal documents and correspondence, tracking attorneys’ time to assist with client billing, and organizing closing documents. This position will also involve managing the attorneys’ calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining electronic files, as well as communicating with clients, vendors, and other external parties.

Required Skills:

Our client seeks an administrative professional with at least two years of legal secretarial experience. This individual must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs. The qualified Legal Secretary will be a team player who can manage independent projects in a deadline-driven environment while utilizing strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
