Position Description:

An established law firm seeks a Practice Manager to support the daily and strategic operations of the firm’s thriving Litigation Practice. The person in this role will be responsible for determining strategic goals and initiatives as well as identifying ways to enhance systems and processes. This position will involve collaborating with other departmental leaders, serving as a trusted resource to attorneys, and establishing relationships with colleagues in other office locations. He or she will also be tasked with preparing and reviewing productivity reports, supporting business development planning, and coordinating professional development activities.

Required Skills:

The firm seeks a professional with a BA/BS degree, 6+ years in a related role, and exceptional project management skills. The qualified applicant will have a strong understanding of key performance indicators, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The successful Practice Manager will also be able to develop positive and collaborative working relationships while working well independently.
