Position Description:

An established law firm is seeking an Associate Development Administrator that will help coordinate work assignments for all Associates and help train and evaluate Associates on case management skills. The Associate Development Administrator will ensure that each attorney is fully utilized and gets to work on a diverse set of matters with a variety of Partners, while balancing development opportunities with client needs. Additionally, the individual in this role will collaborate with firm leadership, HR, and other professional to identify ways to enhance internal processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

The firm is seeking a qualified candidate with at least three years of relevant experience with a focus on professional development, associate life, or staffing/utilization. The individual in this role should have excellent analytical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills and will demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing. The qualified applicant should also possess the ability to maintain confidentiality, work well independently, and effectively interact with attorneys and firm leadership.

Annual Salary (US$): DOE /annual
