Position Description:

A global law firm seeks a Corporate Practice Manager to play a key role in the continued growth of the firm’s global Corporate practices, including Asset Management, M&A/Private Equity, Capital Markets, and Finance. Working closely with the Practice Group Heads, Partners, and Associates, the Practice Manager will direct activities related to performance management, staffing and utilization, business development, and professional development. The Practice Manager will be tasked with becoming knowledgeable about the practice areas and individual attorneys in order to execute strategic development projects.

Required Skills:

The firm seeks a legal operations professional with a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in project management. The Practice Manager must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong influencing capabilities, and sound judgment to effectively gain credibility and trust. He or she should also demonstrate an inclusive approach and the ability to build consensus and find creative solutions.

Annual Salary (US$): 191K-200K /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
