A progressive law firm seeks attorney recruiting professionals to become Legal Recruitment Specialist for the New York, Boston, and San Francisco offices. These exciting roles will involve marketing the firm to law students and lateral associate candidates by coordinating on-campus interview processes, scheduling interviews, and planning a variety of events and social engagements. During the Summer Program, these individuals will gather feedback, monitor assignments and progress, and generate offer letters. In addition, the Legal Recruitment Specialists will assist with reviewing resumes, tracking relevant statistics, implementing best practices, identifying ways to enhance future outcomes, and communicating with applicants during all stages of the interview process.
The firm seeks candidates with bachelor’s degrees, four or more years of relevant experience, and team player attitudes. The qualified applicants will have exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to represent the firm’s core values during recruitment events. The Recruitment Specialists must be able to maintain confidentiality and have flexibility to travel or work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the role.
Annual Salary (US$): 101K-110K /annual
