Position Description:

A well-established law firm seeks a qualified professional to join the team as a Marketing Coordinator for the New York office. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the creation of compelling collateral for pitches, proposals and awards submissions, as well as maintaining the databases and trackers associated with those projects. The individual will update content for brochures, attorney biographies, and practice descriptions in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, in addition to materials for the website and social media channels. The person in this role will also track associated KPIs and use various research tools to assist with diverse business development initiatives and prospective client targeting.

Required Skills:

The qualified candidate should have a bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a law firm or financial services environment. The Marketing Coordinator must also be proficient in Microsoft Office, have experience in CRM programs, and be able to conduct research using online tools. The firm is looking for a highly motivated individual with strong initiative, exceptional attention to detail, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to take ownership over tasks.

Annual Salary (US$): 65K-70K /annual
