Position Description:

A boutique Trust & Estates and Tax Planning law firm seeks a Legal Assistant to support several attorneys within the New York office. This role involves preparing legal documents, organizing client files, and generating correspondence, in addition to communicating regularly with clients and other external parties. Additional responsibilities will include conducting client billing, prioritizing daily workload, editing documents while adhering to firm policies, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.

Required Skills:

The firm requests a candidate with at least four years of legal administrative support experience. The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to changing priorities, demonstrates initiative, and is a positive self-starter. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced word processing skills are required. The firm also requests a candidate with excellent administrative and client service skills, as well as the ability to handle a high volume workload.

Annual Salary (US$): 80K-85K /annual
