Position Description:

A highly ranked law firm seeks a Paralegal to work closely with attorneys within the Capital Markets Practice. This position involves drafting and revising a variety of transactional documents, including ’33 and ’34 Act filings, closing documents, and offering documents, as well as managing the EDGAR process. The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting with due diligence matters, obtaining good standing certificates, and managing pre-closing and post-closing activities, in addition to conducting research and monitoring financial regulator websites. He or she will also be tasked with filing documents with the SEC, conducting blue sky filings, and preparing drafts of FINRA filings.

Required Skills:

This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of transactional paralegal experience. The qualified applicant will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented approach. He or she must also be knowledgeable with relevant documentation and filing requirements.

Annual Salary (US$): 95K-100K /annual
