Position Description:

A leading law firm seeks an Administrative Services Manager to direct the daily and strategic operations of the Philadelphia location. This leadership position will involve managing the administrative staff, including oversight of all hiring, onboarding, professional development, employee relations, and disciplinary activities, as well as performance reviews and assignment determinations. The Administrative Services Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the continued maintenance of the office space, including coordinating services with vendors, facilitating buildouts and relocations, and working with building services. This individual will also be tasked with identifying ways to enhance internal systems and processes, reviewing contracts and agreements, and proactively addressing any potential issues that may arise.

Required Skills:

The firm seeks a demonstrated leader with at least five years of administrative support supervisory experience in a law firm or professional services setting. This individual must have exceptional team management, client service, and project management skills, as well as the ability to establish positive rapport with attorneys, staff, and vendors. The Administrative Services Manager must be able to think strategically and analytically while exercising strong judgement, discretion, and confidentiality. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
