Position Location: New York, New York
This HRIS Analyst position is a great opportunity to support the HR and Talent Management teams with the maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of the Workday system. This role will involve tracking data as related to payroll, benefits, bonuses, retirement planning, and merit-based increases, as well as recruitment data, attorney registrations, and employment verifications. This individual will be responsible for auditing and analyzing trends within the data, implementing data management best practices, and recommending enhancements to drive the function forward. The HRIS Analyst will also test new features or competitive programs, serve as a subject matter expert to all levels of staff, and effectively resolve any technical issues that arise.
The firm seeks a detail-oriented and hardworking professional with at least three years of related HRIS experience, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and proficiency with the Workday system. The candidate selected for this opportunity will demonstrate superior problem-solving, communication, and data management skills, as well as the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. He or she must also be able to work collaboratively with others while managing independent projects. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Annual Salary (US$): 80K-85K /annual
