Position Description:
A terrific law firm seeks Professional Development Coordinator to oversee the staffing, professional development, and evaluation of associates. This position will involve tracking the associates’ ongoing cases, monitoring productivity, and appropriately assigning associates to new matters. This role will be responsible for organizing meetings with practice heads, distributing performance reviews, and assisting with associate integration and onboarding processes.
Required Skills:
To be effective in this position, a candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related law firm experience as well as excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. The firm seeks an outgoing and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, exercise sound judgement, and handle confidential information.
Annual Salary (US$): 75,000-85,000 /annual
