Position Description:
A dynamic New York law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal with previous experience related to securities litigation. Key responsibilities will include drafting and editing legal documents as well as assisting with preparation for trials and depositions. Moreover, the Litigation Paralegal will index discovery documents, create tables of content, and conduct legal research. The position will also involve acting as a liaison among internal departments, managing electronic discovery functions, and compiling exhibits and evidence for upcoming trials. This role will have the opportunity to work 100% remotely.
Required Skills:
The firm requests a candidate with at least four years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, a Bachelor’s Degree, and proficiency with cite checking/Bluebooking. The successful candidate will be well-versed in litigation procedures, including e-filing, and have excellent time management and communication skills. Although the position can work remotely, the person must be in the New York City area in order to attend meetings and trainings as deemed necessary.
Annual Salary (US$): 100,000-120,000 /annual
