Position Description:
A full-service law firm is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join their globally recognized team. The role will involve a variety of tasks in support of overall business development and marketing activities in support of the firm’s transactional practices, including market research, event planning, and content creation. The primary responsibilities will include preparing presentation and pitch materials, coordinating award submissions, and facilitating updates to biographies and descriptions on the website. The BD Coordinator will also be tasked with tracking RSVPs for upcoming events and updating information in the firm’s internal marketing systems.
Required Skills:
The firm is looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, six months of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The qualified candidate will be a team player, customer-service oriented, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to manage multiple projects at a time all while exercising discretion and judgment with sensitive information.
Annual Salary (US$): 75-90K /annual
