Position Description:
An international law firm seeks a Director of Practice Management to oversee the firm’s Corporate Practices. This role will oversee a team of Managers and Coordinators in the execution of daily and strategic practice management functions, including talent management, business development, pricing, attorney utilization, and lateral hire integration. The Director will work closely with Practice Chairs and Partners on strategic growth and development, with a focus on enhancing operations, retention, and visibility. This person will also be responsible for managing departmental expenses, implementing best practices, and effectively problem-solving any issues that arise.
Required Skills:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of law firm experience, including familiarity with corporate transactions. This person must demonstrate exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to act with integrity and independence. The Director must be able to think strategically and identify creative solutions to enhance practice operations, performance, and retention.
Annual Salary (US$): 300,000-380,000 /annual
