A New York based law firm is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the firm’s payroll function, including all payroll processes, garnishments, and benefits administration. This position will involve ensuring the timely and accurate issuance of semi-monthly, bonus, and off-cycle payrolls, guaranteeing the accuracy of 401K data, filing annual and quarterly tax documents, and handling payroll issue resolutions as needed. This person will work closely with professionals from Human Resources and Finance, as well as attorneys and other legal support professionals.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of payroll management experience for companies with 100+ employees. The Payroll Manager must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal rules regarding payroll administration. This individual must also possess thorough knowledge of ADP and have the ability to manage change as it relates to payroll.
Annual Salary (US$): 110,000-150,000 /annual
