Position Description:

A boutique law firm is seeking a Talent Development Coordinator to contribute to programs and initiatives related to professional development, talent management, and diversity & inclusion. The Talent Development Coordinator will ensure that each attorney is fully utilized and gets to work on a diverse set of matters with a variety of Partners, in addition to advising on training and continuing education needs. Additionally, the individual in this role will collaborate with firm leadership, HR, and other professional to identify ways to enhance internal processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

The firm is seeking a qualified candidate with at least one year of relevant experience with a focus on professional development, associate life, or staffing/utilization. The individual in this role should have excellent analytical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities and will demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills. The qualified applicant should also possess the ability to maintain confidentiality, work well independently, and effectively interact with attorneys and firm leadership.

Annual Salary (US$): 65,000-75,000 /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
