Position Description:
A leading law firm seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead efforts for the firm’s successful Real Estate Practice. This position involves collaborating with attorneys to formulate individual business development goals and plans as well as increasing the overall practice’s visibility. This person will be responsible for conducting client research, preparing proposals and responses to RFPs, and generating pitch materials for the attorneys. Additionally, the Senior Manager will be responsible for strategizing rankings submissions, developing practice specific marketing materials, and analyzing league table rankings to enhance future outcomes.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a legal marketing professional with 7+ years of experience, including at least two years of experience working with Real Estate Partners. This person must have excellent client service, communication, and project management skills, as well as a proactive approach and strong attention to detail. The Senior Manager must also be able to work well with limited supervision and be adaptable to changing demands.
Annual Salary (US$): 180,000-210,000 /annual
