Position Description:
An exceptional law firm is seeking a Systems & Data Analyst to oversee the implementation of the Workday HRIS system, including data migration, validation, and testing. This role will involve translating business requirements into solutions, identifying ways to enhance data quality, and ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with governance standards. The Analyst will also be responsible for creating and updating process documentation, helping to support the firm’s other business systems, and investigating and resolving any performance issues.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks an IT professional with at least four years of HRIS experience, including experience with API authentication, encryption, and certificates. This person should have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effective communication skills, and the ability to set priorities. Familiarity with Power BI, automation, and orchestration tools is strongly preferred.
Annual Salary (US$): 120,000-160,000 /annual
