Position Description:
A mid-sized law firm seeks a Manager of IT Compliance to facilitate third-party audits and assessments with outside clients and auditors. This position will involve performing IT risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks, tracking and addressing audit findings, and ensuring resolutions as needed. The Manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on risk management activities, conducting vendor due diligence, and implementing tools and frameworks to support the firm’s IT processes. This person will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records, drafting reports, and communicating compliance updates to all stakeholders.
Required Skills:
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in IT compliance, including several years within a law firm or professional services setting. This person should have a highly developed understanding of IT compliance standards, familiarity with GRC tools, and excellent analytical thinking, organizational, and project management skills. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Annual Salary (US$): 150,000-175,000 /annual
