Position Description:
A leading global law firm is seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant to focus on lateral attorney hiring efforts. This position will involve building relationships with colleagues, attorneys, and search firms, and communicating with candidates throughout the interview process. The Recruiting Assistant will be tasked with scheduling interviews, collecting and distributing interview feedback, and updating information in the candidate tracking system. Additionally, this person will be responsible for advertising the firm’s open positions, preparing offer letters, and supporting onboarding and integration processes.
Required Skills:
This position requires at least six months of professional experience and a bachelor’s degree. The qualified applicant will have the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, while demonstrating excellent communication, decision-making, and analytical thinking skills. This person will be highly organized with a strong attention to detail and professional demeanor. In addition, the Recruiting Assistant must be able to multitask and manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting.
Annual Salary (US$): 60,000-65,000 /annual
