Position Description:
A collaborative law firm seeks a Medical Records Operations Manager to oversee the intake, organization, and fulfillment of medical records for the firm’s mass tort and arbitration matters. This role will involve reviewing and standardizing data as well as preparing, organizing, and submitting medical record requests. This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining a database of providers, coordinating with claimants to obtain HIPAA authorizations when needed, and tracking all outgoing and incoming records requests in internal logs and databases. The Manager will also be tasked with overseeing quality control of records received, including checking for completeness, identifying missing date ranges or providers, and flagging issues for follow-up.

Required Skills:
The firm seeks an individual with at least three years of related experience, and prior experience supporting plaintiff-side mass tort, mass arbitration, personal injury, or other high-volume claimant matters is strongly preferred. This person should have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication skills, and great attention to detail. Familiarity with HIPAA authorizations and reviewing medical-release forms for completeness is also required.

Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-105,000 /annual
