Position Description:
A midtown law firm is seeking a Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of the firm’s upscale Lounge and create a welcoming environment for attorneys, staff, and guests. This position involves ordering and tracking inventory, managing the budget, and monitoring expenses, while ensuring the lounge’s compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. This person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, hiring, training, and supervising all related staff, and implementing safety protocols. The Manager will also have the opportunity to create seasonal cocktails and identify new ways to enhance offerings.
Position Requirements:
The qualified candidate will have at least four years of bar management experience, with a preference for individuals with experience in high-end hospitality. This person must be service-oriented and creative with excellent communication skills. This person must have flexibility to work evening hours.
