Position Description:
A Midtown law firm seeks a Legal Recruiting Specialist to support the firm’s Lateral Partner hiring efforts; this is a great opportunity for a Coordinator with relevant experience to take the next step in their career. The position will involve scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and maintaining the candidate pipeline. The Specialist will be responsible for updating candidate records, adjusting interviews as needed, and collecting and distributing candidate documentation. Additionally, this person will liaise with legal search firms, communicate with candidates throughout the process, and coordinate the background and conflicts check processes.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of legal recruiting experience, including exposure to lateral partner hiring efforts. This person must be tech savvy with an exceptional client service approach and the ability to adapt to changing demands. The Specialist must also have the ability to work independently and problem-solve any issues that arise.
Annual Salary (US$): 85,000-100,000 /annual
