Position Description:
A nationally recognized law firm seeks a Hospitality & Events Manager to join the New York office. This person will be responsible for planning all on-site events, including working with vendors, managing budgets, and overseeing the outsourced staff in the execution of events. This role will involve managing the office’s conference centers by ensuring room setups, responding to requests, and monitoring quality control. Additionally, the Hospitality & Events Manager will direct catering services for events and coordinate with building services for security, vendor logistics, and other building concerns.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks an enthusiastic professional with at least five years of event planning experience in a law firm. This person will have a service-oriented approach as well as excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Additionally, this person must be flexible to changing demands and capable of working evening hours as needed.
Annual Salary (US$): 115,000-145,000 /annual
