Position Description:
The Corporate Finance & Securities Practice of a leading law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the planning and execution of the team’s marketing goals. This role will involve capitalizing on prospective clients and new opportunities, supporting cross-selling efforts, and tracking outreach, pursuits, and follow-ups. The Manager will be responsible for drafting pitches, proposals and RFP responses, maintaining and updating practice materials, and preparing award and directory submissions. This person will also partner with the communications team to coordinate press releases, thought leadership, and media placements to increase the visibility of the attorneys.
Required Skills:
The team seeks a marketing professional with a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in a law firm or financial services institution. This person must demonstrate highly effective communication, critical thinking, and writing & editing skills, as well as the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additional qualities include a detail-oriented approach and a dedication to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Annual Salary (US$): 180,000-220,000 /annual
