Position Description:
This IT Support Specialist position is a great opportunity to support attorneys and staff with a variety of technical needs, including hardware troubleshooting, A/V setups, and application and mobile device support. This person will be responsible for configuring desktops, displays, and mobile devices, working with engineers to resolve technical issues, and updating and closing out tickets. This position will involve troubleshooting any video conferencing problems, replacing hardware as needed, and testing new applications, as well as assisting with PC imaging and quality assurance testing.
Position Requirements:
The IT Department is seeking someone with 3+ years of law firm IT experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, iOS, Windows, and legal-specific applications such as Intune MDM, ServiceNow, Litera, NetDocs, and Teams. This person have strong analytical thinking, customer service, and multi-tasking skills, as well as a proactive and dedicated approach. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
