Position Description:
An established law firm seeks a Financial Analyst to contribute to a variety of budgeting, variance analysis, strategic planning, and pricing initiatives. This position will involve contributing to strategic planning initiatives by analyzing benchmark data, developing financial models, and identifying industry and firm trends. This person will be responsible for generating budgets, forecasting annual expenses, and preparing financial reporting packages. In addition, the Financial Analyst will also be responsible for utilizing financial technology such as SQL to export, import, and manipulate data.
Position Requirements:
The firm seeks a qualified professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in an FP&A role in a law firm setting. The select applicant will demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking abilities as well as highly effective communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. This person must be a team player who can evaluate large datasets, utilize reporting tools, and maintain confidential information.
