Position Description:
An exceptional law firm is seeking a Fiduciary Accountant to support attorneys with the preparation of fiduciary income tax returns, private foundation returns, and estate and gift tax returns. This role will involve performing calculations for estate planning, computing commissions for trustees, and calculating annuity payments. This person will also be responsible for coordinating the distribution of assets to beneficiaries, verifying the timely filing of returns, and responding to inquiries from attorneys, administrators, clients, investment advisors, and other professionals.
Required Skills:
This position requires at least five years of experience working on fiduciary tax matters as well as experience with probate and estate administration. The person in this role should be knowledgeable of estate and gift planning, private foundations, and tax form 709, in addition to being a proactive and detail-oriented team player.
Annual Salary (US$): 180,000-230,000 /annual
