Position Description:
An outstanding law firm seeks a Lead Litigation Paralegal to support the Senior Manager with supervising and mentoring a team of 8+ Litigation Paralegals. This role will involve working with leadership to establish strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as developing long-term objectives and initiatives. The Lead Paralegal will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, allocating work assignments, and ensuring the efficient utilization of resources. This individual will also support Partners with all facets of case management and trial preparation.
Required Skills:
This role requires a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification as well as 10+ years of law firm experience. This individual will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Lead Paralegal must be able to lead by example and serve as a trusted resource to partners and firm leadership. This individual should also be flexible to work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the role.
Annual Salary (US$): 170,000-185,000 /annual
