Position Description:
A notable law firm seeks an Office Manager to oversee the daily and strategic operations of the New York location. This multi-faceted position will involve recruiting for staff positions, training and onboarding new hires, conducting performance evaluations, resolving employee relations issues, and administering compensation and bonus processes. The Office Manager will be responsible for planning and tracking office budgets, as well as working with building management on any facilities-related matters. This person will also develop programs to enhance internal collaboration and plan a variety of office events and engagements.
Required Skills:
The Office Manager must have at least five years of supervisory experience and comprehensive knowledge of best practices related to human resources and facilities management, and administrative staff oversight. The firm seeks a detail-oriented professional who can foster relationships across the office while exercising strong conflict management, coaching, and communication skills. The Office Manager must also have excellent organizational, project management, analytical thinking abilities.
Annual Salary (US$): 150,000-180,000 /annual
