Position Description:
A global law firm seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to be based in New York and work closely with attorneys in the firm’s Finance Practice. This position will involve supporting attorneys with pitch development, proposal creation, event management, client research, and directory submissions. In addition, the Senior BD Manager will be tasked with expanding the group’s profile and reputation in the legal industry, as well as mentoring and training other team members. The Senior BD Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business potential with new or existing clients, including cross-selling opportunities.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a legal marketing professional with six or more years of related experience, including familiarity with finance, and exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills. This person will demonstrate a self-starter attitude and the ability to manage highly visible assignments within a fast-paced environment. The Senior BD Manager should also be a team player with strong leadership abilities.
Annual Salary (US$): 160,000-200,000 /annual
