Position Description:

This HR Business Partner position offers the opportunity to provide full HR services to an attorney population within a global law firm. This role will focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness, advising on employee relations matters, and serving as a subject matter expert for the attorneys. The HRBP will be responsible for managing the performance review process, identifying training needs, and implementing new HR strategies and processes, as well as building morale and enhancing relationships within the practice. This individual will also analyze trends and metrics, support talent acquisition efforts, and work closely with individuals from Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and other HR colleagues.

Position Requirements:

The firm seeks an HR professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of HR experience within a law firm setting, including experience supporting compensation and bonus processes. This person must have the ability to maintain confidentiality while developing productive relationships with attorneys and colleagues. The qualified candidate will also demonstrate superb communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
