Position Description:
An exceptional law firm has an exciting opening for a Partner Recruiting Specialist, which can be based in New York, San Francisco, Washington, DC, Boston, or Los Angeles. This position will involve contributing to the execution of the firm’s partner growth strategies, including communicating with search firms and organizing candidate materials. This person will be responsible for tracking candidate submissions, coordinating interviews, and updating internal systems. The Specialist will also be tasked with ensuring the firm attracts a diverse applicant pool, analyzing recruitment trends and industry changes, and assisting with administrative functions to support the team.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks an outgoing professional with at least three years of Partner recruiting experience and an incredible attention to detail. This person must have excellent organizational, analytical thinking, and relationship building skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential and time sensitive matters appropriately. The Specialist must have a commitment to collaboration and flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as required by the position.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-110,000 /annual
