Position Description:
A prominent law firm is seeking a Legal Recruiting Specialist to oversee attorney recruiting efforts in Boston, Washington, D.C., or Houston. This position will involve onboarding new attorney hires as well as overseeing the office’s summer associate program. In addition, the Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for planning a variety of events, researching recruitment trends, and analyzing statistics to enhance future outcomes.
Required Skills:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of legal recruiting experience. The firm seeks an outgoing professional with strong leadership, management, and communication skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and take initiative. The successful applicant will be able to establish relationships with professionals at all levels, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment is critical to the success of this individual.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-110,000 /annual
