Position Description:
A terrific law firm seeks a UCC Paralegal to work closely with Partners in the New York office. This position will involve conducting UCC searches, preparing lien summary charts, and monitoring the status of UCC financing statements throughout the filing process. This person will be responsible for reviewing underlying agreements, performing due diligence, and confirming the correct indexing of UCC Financing Statements. Overall, the UCC Paralegal will maintain the firm’s UCC document management system, ensuring overall accuracy and compliance with the firm’s procedures.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a Corporate Paralegal with at least two years of experience with UCC filings. This person should have strong technical abilities as well as effective communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. This position also requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidential information.
Annual Salary (US$): 80,000-120,000 /annual
