Position Description:

A multi-service law firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal to join the Washington, DC office. The Litigation Paralegal will manage cases from inception to completion while organizing trial materials, including discovery-related documents. This position will involve cite checking and Bluebooking briefs, pleadings, and motions along with generating privilege logs. In addition, the Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for creating and maintaining case files as well as drafting, proofreading, and editing a variety of documents. The position requires someone with a strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills to interact well with attorneys and firm staff.

Required Skills:

The firm requests a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience working within the Litigation Practice of an established firm. Strong organizational skills are essential to manage cases, and candidates must have a keen knowledge of the electronic discovery process. The Paralegal must have cite-checked a brief within the last six months, and trial or arbitration experience is preferred.
