A prestigious international law firm seeks an Attorney Recruiting & Development Coordinator to contribute to a variety of attorney recruiting, orientation, and professional development initiatives. The person in this position will assist with planning the Summer Associate Program, maintaining an updated recruiting database, and coordinating events. He or she will actively participate in on-campus interview processes, including organizing recruitment materials, reviewing resumes, and preparing offer letters. The Recruiting Coordinator will also be tasked with completing surveys, tracking upcoming registration deadlines, and assisting with lateral hiring efforts.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of recruiting experience within a law firm setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to effectively network with attorneys, law students, search firms, and law school career services professionals. The Recruiting Coordinator should be highly organized in project management and have working knowledge of recruiting databases and Microsoft Office.
Annual Salary (US$): 70K-75K /annual
