Position Description:
A leading law firm seeks a qualified Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to multiple partners and other fee earners. The position will involve responsibility for calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management as well as proofreading, drafting, and finalizing legal documents. The person in this role will be tasked with tracking attorneys’ time entries, handling communication with clients and other external parties, and organizing logistics for meetings and events.

Required Skills:
Our client seeks a candidate with at least six years’ experience in legal administrative support. This individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. The qualified Legal Secretary will be an adaptable problem-solver that works well in high pressure situations. This person must also have stellar organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to apply a proactive and detail-oriented approach to everyday tasks.

Annual Salary (US$): 100,000-125,000 /annual
